Why can't I sell my tokens?

If you’re unable to sell a token, it’s usually due to one of these reasons:

1. The token account is frozen – The creator has restricted transfers, so the tokens can’t be moved or sold.

2. Liquidity has been drained – The pool for that token no longer has funds, often because the creator removed them.

In these cases, the tokens are not tradable. Please note that Jupiter cannot compensate for malicious activity by token creators.
