The Jupiter DAO is a community-run system of governance which seeks to expand both Jupiter and Solana as a whole. The DAO conducts regular votes using the $JUP governance token.
Currently, all DAO votes are paused until the end of 2025 as part of a planned governance restructuring.
During its first year, the DAO served as the main talent pool for working groups, funded working group budgets, distributed grants, and more. As it becomes more decentralized, the DAO will continue to expand its scope and responsibilities.
