I unstaked my $JUP 7 days ago, but when I try to claim it, the transaction fails. Why?

Claiming your unstaked $JUP requires an open token account for $JUP in your wallet.

If you’ve used a wallet clean-up service to burn any empty token accounts, you can easily reopen it by buying a tiny amount of $JUP, and then proceed to claim. 

Please make sure you have enough SOL (~0.01 SOL) to claim the tokens.
