Why was my Limit order not executed?

Limit orders typically fail to execute due to:

• Extreme market volatility
• Low token liquidity
• Token creators rugging the token / removing all liquidity at once
• Price movements too rapid for keepers to catch up with
• Failed execution because the price moved before an order was settled
• Slippage failures during settlement
