How do I create a wallet using a seed phrase?

You can create a new wallet in the Jupiter Extension using either a new or an existing 24-word seed phrase.

If you’re setting up the extension for the first time:

1. When you open the wallet, you’ll see the Welcome screen.
2. Choose Create a New Wallet → New Seed Phrase
3. A 24-word recovery phrase will be generated. Write it down and store it safely offline.

Your wallet is created after you confirm the backup.

If you already have the extension set up:

1. Click your wallet name in the top-left corner to open the wallet list. 
2. Scroll to the bottom and select Add New Wallet → Create a New Wallet 
3. If you select Existing Seed Phrase, pick the wallet you want to derive from your existing phrase. If you select New Seed Phrase, a new 24-word phrase is generated. Back it up safely before continuing.

Your new wallet will appear in the list after setup.
