Borrow lets you supply collateral to take a loan in another asset directly through Jupiter Lend.
This guide helps you navigate the Borrow page and understand the information displayed.
You’ll find an overview of the main metrics, how to filter and explore vaults, and where to view or manage your borrowing positions. The goal is to make it easy to understand what each section shows and how to read the data presented.
Borrow page overview
Top summary bar:
Located at the very top right.
Total Market Size: Shows the total size of the market across all vaults.
Active Loans: Value of currently borrowed assets across all users.
User portfolio overview:
Your Total Supply: Total value of assets you've deposited as collateral.
Your Total Borrow: Total value of assets you've borrowed from the platform.
The ‘How it works’ button opens a pop-up modal with a concise explanation of the product, along with key links and resources.
Vault filters and views
Vault categories:
All: Displays all available vaults.
BTC Based: Shows vaults with Bitcoin as the base collateral.
SOL Based: Shows vaults using SOL (Solana) as collateral.
Pegged Vaults: Vaults with stable or pegged assets like USDC, USDT, etc.
View switcher:
Grid / List Toggle: Change how vaults are displayed.
Asset filters:
Collateral Dropdown: Filter vaults based on the asset used for collateral (e.g., SOL, JupSOL).
Debt Dropdown: Filter vaults based on what asset you want to borrow (e.g., USDC, USDT).
Vault cards:
Each vault is a combination of: Collateral asset → Borrowable asset (Example: SOL → USDC).
- Total Supplied: Total value of supplied collateral in the vault.
- Total Borrowed: Total value of borrowed assets in the vault.
- LTV (Loan-to-value): Max borrowing power (e.g., 75% means you can borrow up to 75% of supplied value).
- Liquidation Threshold: Value % at which the position gets liquidated.
- Supply Rate: Interest earned by lenders (displayed in green).
- Borrow Rate: Interest paid by borrowers (displayed in orange).
- Create Position: Click this to open a position in that vault.
Position vault
This screen helps you manage a borrowing position using SOL as collateral and USDC as debt.
Vault pair:
SOL/USDC #0
This indicates the position is for borrowing USDC by supplying SOL.
The small icons next to it may represent vault actions (info, manage view, analytics, etc.).

SOLCurrent Collateral: Amount supplied as collateral at the moment.
APY:
0.03%This is what you earn annually on your deposited SOL.Wallet Balance (top right small text): Amount of asset available in your connected wallet.
Action Buttons:
Deposit – Add more SOL to this vault.
Withdraw – Remove SOL (if position health allows).
Borrowed debt:
Asset:
USDCCurrent Borrowed Amount: Amount borrowed as debt at the moment.
APY: This is what you’ll pay annually on borrowed USDC.
Wallet Balance: Amount of asset available in your wallet.
Action Buttons:
Borrow – Take out a USDC loan.
Repay – Pay back some or all of the borrowed amount.
Risk & health info:
LTV (Loan-to-Value): The maximum percentage of your collateral's value that you can borrow. A higher LTV means more borrowing power, but also more risk. In this case, you can borrow up to 75% of your collateral’s value.
Liquidation Threshold: If your debt reaches this percentage of your collateral's value, your position becomes eligible for liquidation. In this case, if your loan reaches 80% of your collateral’s value, you risk liquidation.
Liquidation Penalty: The percentage of your collateral that will be lost if your position is liquidated. In this case, if liquidated, 1% of your collateral is penalized.
Position metrics:
Net APY: Current overall yield/loss considering both borrow and supply.
Liq. Price/Offset: When liquidation would occur (currently 0 as no position exists).
Position Health:
Status:
Safe, can be Safe, Risky & Very Risky. Very Risky means your position is close to liquidation.Score:
0%(i.e., no debt, so perfectly safe).Progress Bar: Shows how close you are to liquidation threshold (Max = L.T. 80%).
Actions & Vault stats
This section allows you to access all position actions and view the key vault statistics.
Action tab:
The Actions tab groups all available operations for your position:
- Deposit & Borrow: Deposit collateral and borrow in a single transaction.
- Repay & Withdraw: Repay your debt and withdraw collateral in one step.
- Deleverage: Use your deposited collateral to reduce your debt and lower liquidation risk.
- Leverage: Increase your leverage by borrowing, swapping the borrowed asset to match your collateral, and redepositing it.
Stats tab:
The Stats tab displays historical performance charts for the vault:
- Supply APY chart: Shows how the supply rate has evolved over time.
- Borrow APY chart: Displays the historical borrow rate.
- Time selector (30 days, etc.): Allows you to adjust the period displayed in the charts.
These graphs help you understand recent trends in supply and borrow rates before adjusting your position.
Depositing collateral
- Token Balance: Shows how much SOL you currently have available in your wallet.
- Amount input field: Amount of asset you would like to deposit.
- Status: Indicates how risky your position is within a safe to very risky range.
- Health Bar: A progress bar showing how close you are to the liquidation threshold. The closer to 100%, the higher the risk.
- Liquidation Warning: Indicates the price at which your position would be liquidated (0% debt = no risk).
Borrowing Debt
Supplied: Your current collateral
Borrowed: Your current borrowed amount
Borrow amount input field: Amount of asset you would like to borrow.
Health Bar:
LTV: Loan-to-Value (LTV) after borrowing, how much of your collateral’s value you’re borrowing.
Status: Indicates how safe or risky your position is.
Slider: Adjustable bar showing where you fall on the risk spectrum up to the Max LTV (80%).
Liquidation Warning: A price-based warning, letting you know how far SOL must drop before you’re at risk of liquidation.
